OpenClaw-API-Access
Privacy policy
This policy describes Nick Michalski’s personal Google integration for Wadsworth, his privately operated assistant used with OpenClaw and Hermes Agent. It is not a public service and does not offer accounts to other users.
Google data accessed
Depending on the permissions granted and the task being performed, the integration can access Gmail messages and drafts, labels and settings; calendars and events; contacts and directory information; tasks; Google Drive files; and Google Docs and Sheets. It also uses basic Google account identity information to associate authorization with the intended account.
How data is used
Google data is used to carry out Nick’s requested personal-assistant tasks and authorized automations, such as finding email, preparing drafts, scheduling events, organizing tasks, and working with files and documents. Write-capable permissions allow authorized changes as well as reading.
Processing and sharing
Relevant task content may be sent to the AI model providers and other service providers configured for the assistant to process a request. Requested results, including excerpts of Google data, may appear in the messaging channels, documents, or other destinations Nick uses or authorizes. Those destinations may be accessible to other participants. The operator does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
The operator does not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine-learning models. External AI services have their own data-handling terms and account controls; they may be used for Google-data processing only where their terms and configured controls are compatible with the Limited Use requirements. Use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Storage and security
OAuth credentials and task-related data are stored in the private assistant environment rather than on this public website. Conversation history, automation state, generated files, logs, and backups may retain information used in tasks. Access is intended to be limited to the operator and services needed for the authorized workflow. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and deletion
Task-related data may be retained for ongoing assistance, conversation continuity, troubleshooting, or backups until the operator deletes it. Retention varies by storage location and service. Revoking Google access stops future authorized API access but does not automatically remove existing conversations, outputs, or backups. Contact the operator to request deletion of retained data; copies held by separate providers or recipients are subject to their controls and policies.
Your control
Nick can revoke the integration’s access through Google Account connections. Reauthorization is required to restore revoked access.

Contact and changes
Questions and deletion requests can be sent to wadsworth.clawthorne@gmail.com. This policy may be updated when the integration’s data practices change.
